Ingredients

  • • Scarlet Cress 2 punnets • Diced raw beetroot 80gr • Frozen raspberries 70gr • Strawberries 70gr • Blueberries 50gr • Agave syrup 20gr • Almond milk 300ml
  • • Keep a few leaves of scarlet cress aside. • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away. • Serve with the few leaves of Scarlet cress kept aside.
